Rèvri Return & Refund Policy

At Rèvri, we are committed to your Practice of Presence. We want you to be completely satisfied with the tools you choose for your journey. If your purchase doesn't align with your practice, we are here to provide an effortless solution.

1. The 30-Day Peace of Mind Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your Rèvri products to initiate a return. To ensure a smooth process for our community, please ensure your items meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be in their original, unused condition.

  • All original labels, tags, and packaging must be intact.

  • The product must show no signs of wear, stretching, or scent (perfume/lotion).

Note: As a boutique wellness brand, we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these hygiene and quality standards.

2. Effortless US Returns

We believe the return process should be as mindful as the practice itself. We have eliminated the complications of international shipping to offer a streamlined experience.

Step 1: Contact Us
Email us at hello@revri.life with your order number and the reason for your return.

Step 2: Receive Your Instructions
Our team will provide you with the details for our US-based return processing. We aim to make this as simple as possible—no complicated forms or high-cost international shipping fees.

Step 3: Receive Your Refund
Once your return is initiated and confirmed, we will process your refund. Funds will be credited back to your original payment method within 10–14 business days.

3. Order Cancellations

We work quickly to get your Rèvri tools into your hands. Once an order is placed, it is sent to our fulfillment center within hours. For this reason, cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of your purchase. After 24 hours, the order has likely been processed for shipping and must be handled as a standard return upon arrival.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Your practice should never be interrupted by faulty gear. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect resistance level, please contact us at hello@revri.life immediately with a photo of the item. We will prioritize sending you a replacement at no additional cost to you.

5. Exchanges

To get your new gear as quickly as possible, we recommend returning the unwanted item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired resistance level simultaneously. This ensures your new tools are dispatched immediately.
