Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Rèvri. Rèvri (a brand of Pieter & Co LLC) offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
Import Disclosure: Rèvri operates on a Direct-to-Customer model. All products are shipped directly to the consumer from our partner fulfillment centers. Any charges such as customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the consumer. For most US-based orders under $800, these are typically not applicable, but remain the legal responsibility of the buyer.

At Rèvri, we are committed to your Practice of Presence. We want you to be completely satisfied with the tools you choose for your journey.

Returns
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all labels attached.

We have eliminated the complications of international shipping to offer a streamlined experience for our community.

  2. Ship: Our team will provide you with the details for our US-based return processing. We aim to make this as simple as possible—no complicated forms or high-cost international shipping fees.

  3. Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10–14 business days.

Cancellations
Because we process orders within 24 hours to ensure the fastest possible delivery, cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing your order.

4. Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy
At Rèvri, we provide professional-grade Pilates tools at a fair price by utilizing a Direct-to-Customer (D2C) fulfillment model. By shipping directly from our specialized manufacturing partners via our Global Fulfillment Center, we eliminate unnecessary retail markups and pass those savings directly to you.

Shipping Times

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed and sent to our fulfillment center within 24 - 48 hours.

  • Estimated Delivery: 7 - 12 business days for US locations.

  • Note: Every Rèvri shipment is fully insured and tracked for your peace of mind. While 95% of orders arrive within this window, unforeseen customs or carrier delays may occasionally occur.

Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email 1-3 days after your order is dispatched. You can track your journey to presence on our "Track Your Order" page.

Customs & Duties
Rèvri is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
