Rèvri Shipping Policy

1. Processing Times

All orders are processed and sent to our fulfillment center within 24 - 48 hours. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

2. Shipping Estimates

Rèvri currently serves the United States market. To ensure your gear arrives safely through modern customs channels, we provide the following estimates:

  • Standard Insured Shipping: 7 - 12 business days.

Please note: While 95% of our orders arrive within this window, these timelines are estimates. Factors such as seasonal high volumes, customs processing, or extreme weather may occasionally cause slight delays. Every Rèvri shipment is fully insured for your peace of mind.

3. Tracking Your Journey

Transparency is key to a mindful shopping experience. Once your order has been dispatched (typically 1–3 days after your purchase), you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You can track your package directly through our website on our [Track Your Order] page. Please allow 48–72 hours for the tracking information to update once your code is issued.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

As outlined in our Terms of Service, Rèvri is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

For our US customers: Under current regulations, most individual orders under $800 USD typically do not incur import duties. However, this remains subject to US Customs and Border Protection.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Your practice is protected. Rèvri is responsible for your order until it is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.

  • Transit Damage: If your tools arrive damaged, please save all packaging and contact us at hello@revri.life within 48 hours so we can initiate a claim and send a replacement.

  • Theft: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting our support team.

6. Address Accuracy

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the shipping address entered is correct. We work quickly to process orders, so there is a very small window to modify your details. If you believe you have provided an incorrect address, please contact us at hello@revri.life within 24 hours.
